PPE Considerations From Movers
Let’s talk PPE for movers. While Black Ops Movers acknowledge and respect our customers’ well deliberated thoughts, considerations, and precautions regarding COVID-19, the performance of our crews suffer as we battle hypoxia wearing masks and settle for suboptimal grip wearing gloves that, ultimately, spread germs/viruses/bacteria from anything that we touch.
Fortunately, our business doesn’t operate in the medical space where brave men and women are tasked with holding their work environments to the utmost sterile standards and gloves serve a more critical yet disposable purpose. Our moving trucks remain orderly, well swept, and adequately stocked for each move, but are virtually impossible to keep absolutely sterilized. In light of this, we simply ask for your patience and understanding when considering moving PPE requests on your upcoming move.
Each day, the health of our moving team is closely monitored, hands are regularly sanitized, and acceptable social distancing is implemented around the average one to two customers on the moving site. So far, these practices have helped our moving crews run at maximum capacity to date. As regulations throughout Collin, Tarrant, Denton, Rockwall, and Dallas counties are updated, our policies will continually adapt to keep our essential moving services available.
At the end of the day, however, we want everyone to feel safe because the initial act of allowing us into your home demands a considerable amount of trust. Establishing that level of trust in the moving business is what sets us apart and what has, over the years, cemented Black Ops Moving and Delivery as a household name throughout DFW. Anxiety is ever prevalent in our day-and-age and is often only amplified by the moving process so, if wearing masks indoors gives you the added sense of security needed to execute your move, we will try our best to accommodate those needs. Either way, trust that you will be getting an authentic Black Ops Moving Experience!
